1.      How to create my own users profile?

Open section „Registration“ which is situated in the initial window of  the service and fill the necessary  data in the corresponding fields of the shown registration form.  At the end you must input the security code, which is generated automatically by the system and click on the button “Write”. The registration will validate inputted data and will send you an e-mail with further instructions for profile activation.

2.      How to activate my own user profile:

After successful registration, the user will receive an e-mail with activation link of his own profile. All you need to do now is to click on that activation link and to follow the instructions. After the successful activation, you can enter in your own user profile via inputting the necessary data in the corresponding fields from the initial window of the service.  

3.      What to do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link „Forgotten password“ from the initial window of the service and input your faculty number and  e-mail address. The system will automatically send the forgotten password to the shown by you e-mail address.  

4.      Possible problems when entering in your user profile:

The service is tested and it works without problems with the nowadays versions of all often meted web-browsers. In case, you have any problems when you enter in your user profile, see, and if they are forbidden, allow the use of cookies and “SSL” – encrypted connection for service’s web-site in the corresponding menu in your browser.

5.      What to do if I have any other problems?

Any registered students can use the feedback form to connect with service-administrator. For this reason you must open the section “Contacts” from initial window of the service and to fill the fields of feedback form with the necessary data. If you have not a registration yet, you can use additional contact information in the upper right corner of the same form to make contact with the service-administrator.

Problems, opinions and advices:

If the user has any problems with the use of service, wrong personal or academic data, opinions  and advices, use the information for system administration contact from section “Contacts” and you’ll receive an answer in a short term.
